There is no server to stand up, no key to paste and no account to create with us. Setup is the application asking which repository it is working on.

  1. Download and open itA signed application, so it opens normally rather than needing a right-click past Gatekeeper.
  2. Sign in with ClaudeThe same login your CLI already uses. Model calls run on your subscription, so there is no key to paste and no usage billed by us.
  3. Point it at a repositoryIt reads the history, opens a board on what it finds, and starts tracking work from that point forward.
  4. Leave the dial where it isIt starts gated: the fleet proposes and you ratify. Move it when the trail has earned it, not before.
