Short, because little is collected.

The product

orchestrate.so is a desktop application. Your repositories, your sessions, the graph database, the audit trail and the canon live on your machine and are never transmitted to us. The application calls the Claude model through your own Claude login; those calls are governed by your agreement with Anthropic, not by us, and we never see their content.

The application does not include analytics or telemetry. If a future version proposes any diagnostic reporting it will be off by default, opt-in, and documented here first.

This website

The website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) are retained briefly by our hosting provider, Vercel, for operational purposes.

Billing

Billing is not live yet. When it launches, payments will be processed by Stripe; we will receive your email address and subscription status, and use them to deliver licences, receipts and renewal notices. We will not see or store card numbers. Cancelling will stop future charges, and your local data is unaffected either way, because we never have it.
