Terms
The deal, plainly.
You subscribe, you get the application and its updates, your data stays yours. The longer form below says the same thing carefully.
The licence
An active subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the orchestrate.so application on machines you control. The software is licensed, not sold, and is not open source. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense it.
The subscription
Billing is monthly or annual, in advance, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. When it lapses the application stops receiving updates and new sessions; everything already on your disk remains yours, in an open format.
Trial terms, prices and supported platforms are as stated on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
Your work
Everything the fleet produces on your machine (code, work items, audit events, canon) is yours. We claim no rights over it and, because the product is local-first, we never possess it.
Model usage
The application drives coding agents through your own Claude login. Your use of the model is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, including its usage policies and limits. We are not a party to that agreement and do not resell model access.
Warranties and liability
The application supervises autonomous agents that modify code under rules you configure. You are responsible for the repositories you point it at, the autonomy level you select and the changes you ship. The software is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so on this page and, for subscribers, by email, before the change takes effect.
